We ship out within 7-15 business days after reception of full payment.
Exception: All of our 18K jewelry is made to order in Barcelona. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for production and all sales are final.
On international destinations Custom duties and taxes are not included.
Customers will not be refunded the shipping expenses in the event that an International if shipment is refused by the buyer.
All our orders are shipped via UPS / DHL to the address supplied when the payment is confirmed by Vera Klau bank.
Vera Klau uses PayPal for payments, purchases can also be pay through bank transfer, in this case please contact us to admin@veraklau.com
Please take into account that we are not responsible for delays on arrival times.

For the completely satisfaction with the purchases, please check compliance of the Products, any anomaly affecting the delivery, missing or damaged Products, damaged parcels.
Please inform us by email to admin@veraklau.com within of 3 days of receiving your order. We will care to resolve any concerns. Any claim made after this deadline will be rejected.

Claims that are not made in accordance with the regulations explained above, can not be taken into account and will release Vera klau from any liability with respect to the buyer.
In case we accept exchanges or returns, any item will be returned in the same conditions which it was to receive and in its original packaging within 10 days from the day you received it to the following address:
